ALBERT RACCA, YOUNGERS COORDINATOR - BOYS
The ALBION Santa Monica Youngers Coordinator
Racca serves as the Youngers Coordinator for ALBIONSanta Monica, where he oversees the development and success of both players and coaches across the 2012-2015 age groups.
With over 15+ years of experience in the youth soccer landscape, Racca brings both technical expertise and a deep commitment to player development. He currently serves as the Head Coach for Albion Los Angeles' MLS Next U15 team, leading players at the highest level of competitive youth soccer in the United States.
Racca is currently in his USSF A License and serves as a US Soccer Coach Educator, where he teaches coaches at the C License level. His dual role as both a high-performance coach and educator positions him uniquely to identify and nurture talent while maintaining the club's philosophy throughout the advancement phase. With his background as a sports psychology coach, Racca brings a holistic approach to player development that addresses both the technical and mental aspects of the game.
Born and raised in Venice, California, Racca's connection to the local community runs deep. Having benefited from youth soccer in Southern California and gained valuable experience playing abroad, he is dedicated to giving back by sharing his knowledge and creating pathways for the next generation of players to reach their full potential.
