Arron is the Technical Director for both the boys’ and girls’ programs and will focus on educating and mentoring coaches to help improve teams’ soccer education and performance. As a well-established leader, he will create a stronger alignment between our staff members and build a stronger connection with our overall philosophy and methodology across ages and genders. Arron holds a USSF A license and has been part of the Santa Monica coaching staff for over 15 years. He has contributed to the success of many of the most celebrated teams we have created winning major tournaments across the country and several Southern California championships at various levels and age groups. Arron was the recipient of the Cal South Nike Developmental Coach of the Year Award in 2014. He is currently the Soccer Program Director and Head Coach for the Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team at Geffen Academy at UCLA.
