FEDERICO BIANCHI, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Federico Bianchi is a 2005 graduate of Boston University, where he earned a degree in Business and was a four-year member of the NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Team. As a senior, he captained the Terriers to the America East Conference title and an NCAA Tournament appearance, earning America East Tournament Most Valuable Player honors for his postseason performance.
Following his collegiate career, Federico played professionally with the LA Galaxy reserve team and several United Soccer League (USL) clubs, including the Long Island Rough Riders and the California Victory.
After retiring from professional play, Federico quickly transitioned into coaching, driven by his passion to remain connected to the game. Over the past two decades, he has coached multiple competitive club and semi-professional teams. He currently serves as a Executive Director of ALBION Santa Monica and as the Head Coach of the Crossroads School Boys Varsity Soccer Team. Under his leadership, his Santa Monica teams have show success at the National level and Crossroads has earned eight league championships, a CIF championship, and two CIF State Championships.
Federico is deeply committed to the development of youth soccer in Southern California. He continues to mentor players and strives elevate the level of play, knowledge, and soccer culture across the community.
