Ricky has been involved in youth soccer since 2011, and he joined the ALBION SC Santa Monica family at the beginning of 2025.

For 10 years prior, Ricky was the technical director of FC England, which he co-founded in 2015. His roles included managing the day-to-day operations and coaching teams.

In his role as EA Coordinator, Ricky oversees the EA program, where he works internally with the coaches and team admins while focusing on building relationships with other clubs and the Elite Academy League.

Ricky currently coaches 3 teams. He works with his players on both a collective and individual level and places a lot of emphasis on the mental side of the game, which he believes is of the utmost importance for true development.
